Beautiful for Metal
I picked up this album after listening to "Silver Bride" on Nuclear Blast's Music Assault 2009 cd. This band makes metal beautiful - I love how they mix both melodic vocals with primal growls to create a strange but awesome harmony. Fans of Sonata Arctica would totally dig this band, and I can't wait to check out their other albums!

Amorphis-Skyforger
My 17 year old son introduced me to Amorphis and I liked melodic death metal bands already, but this CD and Band is so awesome I had to buy it and the t-shirt for myself! The musicianship on every song far surpasses any death metal bands in the United States and each song is extremely intricate in rythym and vocals. I play a soprano sax and the solo in the song Skyforger adds the perfect touch to the song! The singing is pleasing with notes and words easy to listen to. I Wish this CD would get some air play in the United States.
